I had a mixed experience at this Starbucks, but I want to give special recognition to Josh for his honesty and excellent customer service! I ordered a couple of matcha drinks and a Flat White. When Josh was preparing my coffee, he noticed that the cashier had accidentally added two tea bags to my Flat White. He asked about it, immediately realized there was a mistake, and took care of it for me. He even told me he would remove the tea bags and refund me the difference. I really appreciated his honesty, transparency, and attention to detail. It was refreshing to see someone take responsibility and make sure the customer was taken care of. On the other hand, I wasn't very happy with the presentation of my matcha. I ordered it with whipped cream, cookie crumble, and cinnamon on top, but unfortunately, it wasn't presented in a way that looked very appetizing or like it should have. Overall, I truly appreciate Josh's service and honesty. Because of him, I would definitely come back to this Starbucks again. Great job, Josh! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely location. I'm here now. However, seeing how the Battista handled my drink after touching Cash and not washing or at least sanitizing her hands before handling my drink: is a huge concern and I'm updating my initial 5/5 review. Please train them to at least sanitize their hands after touching Cash. It takes a few seconds and makes a huge difference if they would do it properly. I ordered a mint Majesty tea and a sandwich they came quickly. I sat down and knowing that the tea is sometimes hot I waited about 10 minutes while I ate my sandwich and did some work. Then I took a sip of the tea. It was so hot. I spit it right out onto the table. I was sitting at I cleaned it up and went to the desk to complain and she said oh we know that our water is boiling out, it comes out of the machine. You should put some ice in it and ice in your mouth, which I did. I have a blister on the inside of my lip and my tongue feels burned. I couldn’t eat my sandwich and I’m extremely anxious. I called Starbucks. They wanted to know if I was going to a doctor I know that you can’t do anything with a burn in the mouth or sores so I said no. They put $25 in my account, but that does not pay for the suffering and the horrible experience that machine should not be that hot and if it is then you should be worn ahead of time and I should be given with the tea, very disappointed.

I visit this establishment every day and spend a significant amount of money here. Working in customer service myself, I understand the challenges of the job and always try to be patient and understanding. However, today I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members. I ordered an iced matcha with almond milk and no sweetener, as I am lactose intolerant and diabetic, so it’s very important that there is no added sugar in my drinks. Unfortunately, when I received my order and took a sip, it was extremely sweet. I politely asked the employee who prepared my drink to remake it without sweetener. She responded very loudly "NO YOU DIDN'T SAY NO SWEETENER YOU DIDN'T SAY THAT".. even though I had mentioned it twice because it’s so important to me. After some convincing, she finally agreed to remake the drink, but took an unusually long time. When my drink was handed back to me, it was made with regular milk instead of almond milk, disregarding my dietary needs. At that point, I felt so frustrated that I left without finishing my order and decided not to return. I recognize this is a large corporation, and my experience may not matter much to them, but I hope someone will t

What a great crew. From the wonderful lady who took my order to all of the folks who prepared it. Finally arriving my coffee with a big smile and a thank you. Definitely will be back. Great job crew. Oh and my iced mocha was fantastic as usual 😊 Blessed regards, RJ
